Liked having very very good breakfast.

The food was fab, with a good choice of options. The rooms were fashionable and trendy, had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. All the staff was amazingly nice and unfailingly friendly, fixed my issues.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Waves Indoor Waterpark. There was a fantastic restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel...

The excellent service was provided in this special hotel. Spotless and stylish rooms with good facilities. Great location around 4-6 minutes walk from First Niagara Center. Excellent stay, as always.

The stunning views from the King Room Lake View made the experience lovely. Breakfast at Panorama on Seven was a good treat, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay.

The staff was friendly. The kids had a blast at the nearby arena, and the spacious junior suite offered us comfort and convenience.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

We loved the cozy M Club with its snacks and drinks. The unique corner suite offered amazing views of the harbor and city. Enjoyed the convenience of valet parking and proximity to nearby attractions.

We had a lovely stay celebrating our daughter's birthday with a beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed some serious relaxation time by the indoor pool. The onsite restaurant had great breakfast options and the fitness center was a perfect way to stay active. One little hiccup was that the fridge wasn’t super cool, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all! 🎉
